Fire!
Today in school, right after Cultural Studies at about 12:10am, there was an announcement that there was going to be a fire drill. We all file out of the school still talking about whatever we were talking about. When we finally got out of the school, we lined out in the shade. We started getting kind of worried when the teachers had a meeting, but then we decided that it was nothing. But then when the teachers came back, they told us there was actually a real fire! So then everyone started to get nervous, "what was going to happen about all our stuff?" We all sat down again and waited to be picked up by our parents. We all got 3 chicken nuggets each because it was so close to lunchtime, and a small bottle of water. The teacher called all the students parents and then all we could do was wait. When we asked the teachers what was going on, they said that there was a small fire, but they weren't sure if it was connected to the building or not, but just to be safe, they were sending us home. Even though I am 3 minuets away from the school, I was the second last to be picked up out of the 13 people in our class. So now we get to spend the rest of the day at home and don't have to go to school till tomorrow.
